A native of Mobile, Alabama, EARLE W. LONG, IV was born in Mobile. He was admitted to the bar in Alabama, U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama; , U.S. Court of Appeals, and Eleventh Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court.

Education: Spring Hill College (B.S., magna cum laude); Vanderbilt University School of Law (J.D.). Phi Delta Phi. Listed in Who's Who Among American Law Students.

Member: Mobile County and American Bar Associations; Alabama State Bar; Alabama Association for Justice; American Association for Justice.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Long returned to his native Mobile, where he began working as a defense lawyer representing insurance companies and big corporations.

After seeing the horrible manner in which these companies treated injured people, Mr. Long decided it was time he switched sides and began representing the individuals who had been injured. Since then, Mr. Long has been representing personal injury victim. According to Mr. Long, "representing individuals is such a rewarding way to practice law. I never get tired of seeing how excited our clients are when we hand them a big settlement check."

Mr. Long is a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Mobile. Outside of work, Mr. Long is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist.

P. DEAN WAITE, JR. was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on September 19, 1970. He was admitted to bar, 1998, Georgia; 1999, Alabama, U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama and U.S. District Court, District of Colorado; 2000, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia; 2002, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

Education: University of Georgia (B.A., 1993; J.D., 1998).

Member: State bar of Georgia; Alabama State Bar; Mobile County and American Bar Association; Georgia State Bar; South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association; Alabama Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Waite was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, but grew up in Atlanta. He attended the University of Georgia, where he earned both his undergraduate and law degree.

Upon graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Waite moved to Mobile to begin his legal career. After serving as the law clerk for then Presiding Circuit Judge Braxton Kittrell, Mr. Waite began working in the private sector in the field of personal injury law.

Mr. Waite has been representing injured people for the past 8 years. According to Mr. Waite, "representing injured people is one of the highest callings you can have as a lawyer. These folks have no one else protecting their rights other than their lawyer. I get a great deal of pleasure out of helping those who need protection the most."

Mr. Waite is a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Mobile. Outside of work, Mr. Waite works as an NCAA Division 1 college football official. He is married to the former Nicole Miller of Mobile.
